Abstract: The paper aims to figure out the primary source of mercury in the subsoil and environmental impacts. By using descriptive method for primary model, synthesis methods and process analysis and analysis of difficulties and discussion, The study of this problem point that, The primary source of mercury in the subsoil is considered to be deep exhalations coming from with the activation of deep processes - geothermal, eruptive, etc., and its intensive rocks enriched with organic matter become an accumulator in the sedimentary cover -carbonaceous formations and soil layer. It is from the latter that she again enters biocycle with a new stage of intravital accumulation in plant and animal organisms in the greater the amount, the higher its content in the environment. Moreover, it is also observed.

Evaluation of Anti-microbial and Anti-fungal Activities of Nano-TiO2 Assembled with Graphene Composites

Muralasetti Nookaraju, Vaddadi Krishna & Ryali Somasekhar

Page No. 05-12

Abstract: Nanocomposites assembled with TiO2 and graphene were synthesised under solvent free conditions. The calcinated nanocomposites have been characterized by PXRD, SEM-EDAX, HRTEM and Nitrogen adsorption-desorption techniques. Nanotitania was found to be formed in anatase phase with larger surface area (268.2 m2g-1) and with increase in graphene content, the absorbance increased towards visible region. Their biological applicability has been evaluated by examining their anti-bacterial activity against E. coli (ATCC29181), S. aurues (ATCC6538) and their anti-fungal activity against C. albicans, C. rugosa (ATCC10231) organisms. It has been observed that the biological activity has increased with increase in % graphene from 0.1 to 0.5 and showed a steady decrease with 1.0 % graphene. Compared, to the anti-fungal activity, anti-bacterial activity was identified to be major in the present studies.

Page No. 13-17

Abstract: Agrobacterium tumefaciens causes crown gall disease in plants by transferring their T-DNA which contains some oncogenic genes. At the site of the wound, these bacteria become accumulates and then transfer their T-DNA into host plant cells, which interact with host plant genomic DNA and cause tumor. With the help of knowledge, how the A.tumefaciens transfer their T-DNA to plant cells. And with the knowledge and use of the latest molecular biology techniques, A.tumefaciens is used as a tool for the transformation of our gene of interest into the host plant cells to make genetically modified plants. This review provides a working systematic review of the isolation, identification, and characterization of A.tumefaciens from the leguminous plants. This review also tells us how to transfer the T-DNA into a host plant cell and how to isolate the Agrobacterium tumefaciens from the root nodules of leguminous plants, first of all, collect the root nodules of leguminous plants then wash them properly and streak the isolates of root nodules on LB agar plates. then identify and characterize the Agrobacterium from the isolates because Agrobacterium and rhizobium stay together. For characterization, biochemical tests i.e gram staining and KOH tests performed to confirm the isolated bacteria is gram-negative. Some pathogenic tests such as carrot disk bioassay and potato disc confirm whether isolates caused a tumor or not.

Design and Implementation of Engine Oil Pressure Switch Indicator

Gautham Prathap & Mr. Mohammad Sameer Baig

Page No. 18-23

Abstract: An incorrect engine oil pressure gauge and an incorrect engine oil pressure sensor will provide false indications of low engine oil pressure or high engine oil pressure. Standard oil pressure sensors work by displaying a warning signal when the oil pressure falls outside of the set range. Two important components to the oil pressure sensor include the spring-loaded switch and a diaphragm. The spring-loaded switch is connected to the diaphragm that is exposed to the oil pressure. Pressure switch indicator can be diagnosed using DMM and inspect visually on the engine block. Good type of switch helps the ECU of Automobile engine to understand the oil pressure and actuate the moving parts or actuators accordingly.

Abstract: Sentiment analysis is acknowledged as detecting thoughts used from field content features additionally it's recognized while one linked to the main parts of standpoint extraction. Through this type of process, we will be able to discover if a movie script is positive, negative, or natural. Using this research, a feeling examination is executed along with calvados data. The text message sensation analyzer combines organic and natural language processing (NLP) and even machine studying techniques to provide measured assessment rankings to be able to entities, subjects, themes, and groups in a term or key phrase. Inside expressing feelings, the particular polarity of calvados written content reviews can always be graded for the damaging to good range utilizing the education algorithm. The certain current decade presents seen substantial improvements in artificial brains; along with the device mastering revolution offers converted the complete AI sector. In the end, unit learning techniques include grown to always be an important aspect of any design and style in today's absorbing world. However, this ensemble of researching techniques promises for anyone who is part of motorization using the removal of common regulations for textual written content message and sentiment category activities. This kind of particular thesis has to style and carry out a good superior functionality matrix employing ensemble studying intended for sentiment category while well as software. With this paper, we possess analyzed the well-known techniques adopted within the classical Emotion Analysis problem associated with analyzing Elections evaluations like; Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Linear Regression (LR) for the effective detection of sentiments from the dataset obtained from the Kaggle machine learning repository.

Abstract: The impact of blood in urine is more significant on milk likening both in males and females. The objective of the present study was to show a relationship between milk likeliness and blood in urine. Sometimes kidneys allow blood cells leakage into urine. Various problems are involved in causing this leakage like urinary tract infections. If bacteria enter in your body they cause infection and multiply in bladder is wonderful and energetic. Milk is a wonderful and energetic diet. It is used in different milky products.

Abstract: In the Philippines, rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus) have been domesticated due to their cute nature and appearance. But unknown to many Filipinos, rabbit meat as a functional food is popular among foreign countries, especially in European countries, as it is a good source of protein with low fat and low cholesterol content. There is hesitance among Filipinos regarding rabbit meat consumption. This study aimed to evaluate the sensory acceptability of rabbit longganisa. The study used quantitative descriptive research and purposive sampling in choosing the respondents. The study was conducted in the municipality of Isabel, Leyte. A total of 130 respondents from different groups were purposely chosen for the data-gathering process. The research instrument used in this study is a modified sensory evaluation score sheet evaluated on a Five-Point Hedonic Scale. It was concluded in the study that rabbit longganisa is accepted by consumers in the locale of the study. Its sensorial properties, such as appearance, aroma, taste, juiciness, texture, tenderness, and general acceptability, have an overall description of being liked very much. It is recommended that rabbit longganisa may be considered a functional food for meals. It is a healthier food choice due to its main rabbit meat ingredient compared to pork and chicken. Rabbit longganisa could also open new doors for business opportunities in the country.
