Acquaintance of Histoplasmosis in Academic Individuals

Histoplasmosis is the fungal disease caused by the fungus Histoplasma capsulatum. The disease may be lethal if remain untreated but it could be treated by taking medicines such as anti fungals. The acquaintance of histoplasmosis is common in academic individuals. The objective of the present study was to evaluate awareness about histoplasmosis. It is transmitted through blood transfusions and from the disruption of soil.
