What is the Link of Blood Group with Weight?

Objective of the present study was to correlate blood grouping with weight. Blood grouping was discovered by Karl Landsteiner when performing the experiments on blood transfusion. According to ABO blood group system, there are four types: A, B, AB and O. Blood group A individuals have A antigen on RBC’s surface and B antibodies in plasma. Rhesus (Rh) system was discovered in rhesus monkey. RBCs that are Rh+, shows the expression of the antigen designated D. Fingers were sterilized by using alcoholic swab and then prick the finger with the lancet. Fingertip was grasped to get a drop of blood, then blood was transferred on the sterile slide. There are three spots of blood on the slide and added Antiserums A, B and D.
